Perinatal Mental Health
I specialize in perinatal mental health, offering support through all stages of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions that follow. My trauma-informed, strengths-based approach focuses on creating a safe, compassionate space where we can explore the complex emotions, thoughts, relationships, and core beliefs that shape your experience.
Together, we’ll develop strategies that foster healing, resilience, and growth through each stage of your journey.

Grief Support
I offer compassionate grief support services designed to help individuals navigate the complex emotions that follow the loss of a loved one. Together we can normalize and express your feelings, explore the meaning of your loss, and develop healthy coping strategies. Whether you're experiencing a recent loss or experiencing anticipatory grief, my approach is tailored to meet you where you are, providing a soft place to land as you move toward healing.

There’s room for all of you, and everything you experience - the grim, the glorious, the wounded, the wounding, healing and healed.

ABOUT
Kate Loves Therapy is more than just my practice—it’s a reflection of how deeply I value therapy.
As both a client and a therapist, I see therapy as a date we make with ourselves: a chance to grow, reflect, feel, and begin to heal.
I believe therapy is an act of courage. It takes vulnerability, trust, and a willingness to turn inward. As a parent myself, I understand how hard it can be to carve out personal time. But I see therapy not as selfish—rather, it’s one of the bravest things we can do. It’s a way to show up for ourselves, even in the middle of life’s messiness.
I work with parents navigating all aspects of the journey—from fertility challenges to pregnancy loss, postpartum shifts, and everything in between. I also support clients through grief and loss, especially as those themes show up during the perinatal and postnatal periods—and often long after.
